GOP rams anti-union bill through Wis. Senate

Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca, D-Kensoha, calls an impromptu news conference Wednesday after Republicans at a joint conference committee voted to strip nearly all collective bargaining rights from public workers.Republicans push a provision stripping public employees of their collective bargaining rights through the state Senate by separating it from Gov. Scott Walker's budget bill.
